Response to the conference at the Duckworth Centre

Llyod Axworthy made his way up to the podium to give his few minutes of speech. A speech that echoed a broken record of Academic and Athletic Excellence. Greatness, you know, that only an athlete that can give apparently. It is a speech I’ve heard from Dr Axworthy before, for instance, any and all graduations I have attended.

The UFC will be entering new and exciting territory in hosting an event in Abu Dhabi. To make it even more interesting, the event is being hosted in a huge, open air venue in the newly constructed Ferrari World. Also, the card is out of this world.

Ahhh, the NHL fight. In my opionion, it is one of the most exciting parts of the NHL game even with current head injury issues in the league, none of them are because of fighting. Stereotypically, fans relate this topic to two heavyweight, non-talented goons going at it, but this list is the opposite where a bunch of unexpected combatants went tete a tete.
